Salary: £16,000 per annum (increasing to £18k within 18 months)


Location: Bournemouth, Dorset


Our client is one of the largest personal lines intermediaries in the UK.

They are currently looking for friendly and professional Customer Service Advisors to join their successful team in Bournemouth.


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will take calls from our existing customers and do everything to make sure they have the best experience with our client.

You will have a natural flair for asking the right questions and knowing how to identify what's important to the customers.


To be successful in the role as Customer Service Advisor, you will need:



  • Cares about each customer and understands what they need to make them happy.

  • Patience is key to listening to their needs and coming up with the right solution or guidance.

  • Background in providing excellent customer service.

  • Confidence to build excellent rapport with customers.


Our clients training team have won many awards and they will dedicate 4 weeks training to give you everything you need to impress your customers and achieve your targets.
