Your new role

As their Company Secretary Coordinator, you’ll undertake duties such as maintaining statutory books and records, preparing confirmation statements, dividend vouchers and prepare relevant minutes/forms in respect of any company charges or events that are required to be notified to companies’ house.

In addition, there may also be special Governance projects to help on and previous experience of working on similar exercises would be beneficial, as well as performing similar duties on behalf of practice clients.

About you:

You’ll ideally hold and ICSA qualification and ideally have some practical experience at this level or within a Company Secretarial department.

A financial mind-set is essential, together with the confidence to make positive suggestion to the future benefit of the firm.

You will also:


  • Ideally have worked in or understand the structure of an accountancy practice
  • Be able to work within the realms of strict confidentiality at all times
  • Have a keen eye for detail, coupled with good MS office skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Flexible, dependable and well organised
