Our international client based in Coventry require an experienced temporary Administrator to support Managers for a period of 1 to 2 months.

Reporting to the New Installation Managers you will be responsible for the following:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Arrange for machinery to be ordered and delivered as per schedule

  • Update work lists for Managers

  • Type up standard letters

  • Create Health and Safety Packs and site folders

  • Log safety information onto trackers

  • Enter engineers timesheets

  • Process handover documentation

  • Create drawings

Required Skills and Experience:

 Excellent communication skills

Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Word and Excel (SAP a bonus but not essential)
