Hours: Flexible, Full time, Permanent contract

About the Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will receive inbound calls from our customers who are looking to get some help or advise, listening then providing a quick solution to their issues, whilst you will need to deliver an excellent customer service.

Answering Inbound calls, resolving issues, promoting and upselling products
Contact Centre adherence to schedule
Achieving and exceeding KPI`s, meeting with quality requirements
To deliver excellent customer service because customers are the heart of everything we do!

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Customer service experience, this could be face-to-face or call centre environment so we welcome applicants from retail, hospitality or call centre environment
Ability to create excellent rapport with your customers, excellent communication and listening skills

Experience to working in a fast-paced environment
A hunger for sales, and a drive to meet targets
