Learning & Development Director, London, £80 - £100k

A rare and exciting opportunity has opened up for in a Retail company for an experienced and effective Learning and Development Director.

The role is based in Central London and is with a global retail company.

The role comes with a generous salary and fantastic benefits and will report to the senior HR VP.



Job Role

, Lead L&D Function
, Work alongside VP to actually implement strategy
, Design and implement development frameworks
, Training and Motivating teams, making sure they consistently hit targets
, Monitoring budgets
, Working with department heads to make sure they are providing excellent service to
colleagues at all levels
, Identification of additional training leads from entry level upwards

The ideal candidate will have

, At least 3 years experience as an L&D director
, A mature and straightforward outlook
, A high level of emotional intelligence
, The ability to work with a large amount of freedom and achieve results
, Designed development frameworks and is comfortable with elearning techniques
, Shown loyalty to previous roles
, International experience (the more the better)

The company is going through a period of huge growth and is expanding it's L&D team accordingly.
