My client is looking for a Director of Client Partner Team to join their team at their location in England, in the north west of London, a very green area close to the big city, which will give you the possibility to enjoy the best of both worlds.

My client is a leading company operating in pharmacovigilance, offering solutions to improve compliance with international regulatory guidelines.

As a Director of the Client Partner Team you will advise regional executives on key strategic issues and accounts, while working across functions, costumers and product lines.

Among other responsibilities, you will take care of Business Development activities - which means, you will mainly be responsible for upselling existing accounts, identifying business opportunities and influencing the client to give additional business based on demonstrated capability and past performance of the Company.

You will also be responsible for building a solid account plan for the account scope, clearly defining relevant details of the relationships required, the opportunities that have to be considered, and the revenue expected from such opportunities.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent English; has 10+ years of experience in combined applicable business in pharma or life sciences consultancies; has acquired 3+ years of experience in leading major programs and projects with global companies; can demonstrate proven prior experience in coaching a team of client partners; and has demonstrable experience in leading workshops with tangible results.
