Customer Service / Sales Administrator - Aylesbury

Salary: £18-21k

Our client is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Administrator to join their small and friendly team.

The successful candidate will undertake varied daily activities, telephone and email enquiries.

Providing exceptional customer service, this role will require you to liaise with Suppliers, Customers, and other members of staff on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer telephone and email queries.
Processing sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
Stock control
Main internal contact for a portfolio of customers and an Account Manager
Quoting customers: dealing with new enquiries from start to finish (negotiating prices with suppliers and quoting customers efficiently)

Essential Criteria:

Previous experience of working within a secretarial / administration role with excellent Customer Service experience.
Great communication skills
Proficient with MS Office
Good negotiator
Professional, customer orientated approach
Manage workload
Experience in packaging would be an advantage, but not necessary
