Head of European Sales

Key Duties/Responsibilities
, Lead a team of sales representatives based in the UK focusing on the European market.
, To develop country specific growth strategies for each brand.
, To define customer requirements for new products and services.
, Responsible for the compilation of sales and marketing plans and growth strategies
, Participation at trade shows.
, To visit customers and develop long term partnerships.
, To keep up-to-date with market developments and strengthen the customer relationships
, To monitor competitor activity

Experience
, Sales experience in to European markets
, B2B sales track record
, Worked in a product/brand based environment before
, Experience with eCommerce
, Existing contacts within retail across Europe would be advantageous
, Previous line management experience required
, Additional languages to English would be advantageous but not essential

While this is 80% office based, you will need to be flexible to travel across Europe as and when needed.
