Software Trainer (Legal)

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Software Trainer to carry out training of their case management systems.

Working with their customers, you will be responsible for ensuring that all users of the software are at a proficient standard to be able to manage transactions onto the system.

They are flexible on your location as this role will involve travel to client sites throughout the country as required by the business.

On 'Go-Live' dates, you will be present at customer sites to ensure the seamless adoption of the system and provide any support as necessary.

This role will be home based with the requirement to travel.

You will also provide demonstrations of the software to potential customers and provide them with basic information about the business and the basis on which we offer Intelliworks, and how it could be a potential solution for their business.

Working as part of the Operations team, you will regularly review training and product documentation so that the training is continuously up to date and relevant.

Acting as a first point of contact for training queries, you will respond to customer needs in a proactive way and produce regular reports on training activity and take necessary actions to increase usage if the customer is not using the software to full capability.

To be considered for the opportunity you must be educated to A Level standard, or equivalent.

It would be highly advantageous if you have previous experience as a Legal Software Trainer, however if you have a background as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive this would be desirable.

A practical knowledge of Conveyancing and/or Probate is required, as well as an understanding of how to use legal case management software.

You will be an articulate communicator, an influential presenter and have excellent time and diary management skills.
