Head Chef/Kitchen Manager
We want an experienced professional capable of taking responsibility for all aspects of running a kitchen.
You must have a passion for food, be able to manage stock and profit margins and insist on a clean working environment.
You will be able to work alone when necessary but also be proficient in leading a team and adhering to hygiene and food standard agency requirements.
So, yes, I'm expecting you to be able to not just cook, but clean up after yourself when necessary and be proud of what you do.
This is a full time job with a minimum of 40 hours working Thursday to Sunday.
If you don't like working weekends and crack under pressure this job's not for you.
