Senior Destination Specialist

The Senior Sales position is fundamentally about sales.

Substantial exposure to selling high-end African travel.

To include first-hand knowledge of most or all of the following countries: Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Malawi, Kenya, Madagascar, Indian Ocean Islands, Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda.

This is a multi-disciplinary role which will include following a simple and efficient sales process that is standard for all sales enquiries.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
_ Coordinating sales enquiry flow with Sales Managers
_ Design and follow-up of client itineraries as per Sales, Admin and Accounts Systems
_ Two educational trips to Africa per year (or as per agreed educational timetable)
_ To work as part of the wider sales team in an effort to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
_ Assist with internal management issues arising from, and flexibility to assist with, special projects when requested
_ To be responsible for maintaining clear communication channels with finance and sales admin
_ To assist in expanding and refining the product currently offered to our client

Hours - Monday-Friday, 9-5pm, flexibility expected.
