Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Part time)


A fantastic opportunity for a Part time Customer Service Advisor has arisen to work for a well-established and progressive specialist distributor.

Working for a fast paced and dynamic organisation joining an existing customer service team on a part-time basis.


Job Description:



  • Working within a busy customer service department responsible for handling incoming calls and emails in relation to product queries

  • As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with general enquiries/ complaints/warranty issue and product support on how to use a range of electrical equipment

  • The customer service department also handle a high volume of emails from customers with a range of queries

  • All calls and emails need to be handled efficiently within agreed SLA's ensuring first class customer service is given at all times


Candidate Requirements:



  • Previous customer service experience is essential

  • Must have good all round administration skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong team player

  • Must be able to remain calm when under pressure in a busy office environment

  • Previous experience using Navision would be advantageous

  • Bright and bubbly individual


Hours: Monday to Friday 1.00pm - 6.00pm or 2.00pm - 6.00pm


Salary: £16,000 pro-rata
