Customer Support Analyst - Vocational - Norwich

Salary: £18-22k

Our client is a market-leading provider of Learner Management Systems and is looking for a Customer Support Analyst with experience of the Vocation sector to join their growing business based in Norwich, Norfolk.



As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a professional service and using your knowledge and expertise to answer and solve queries.



This is an opportunity for a customer-focused individual with confident computer skills.

You will need to be a natural problem solver and with experience in the vocation sector or experience using educational training providers.

The successful candidate will be fully trained on our product range.

Responsibilities:

Providing 1st and 2nd line support for the various software and web products on offer.


Logging each call received, via email or phone, categorising and prioritising the incidents.
Providing customers with a level of service consistent with a market-leading organisation.


Maintenance of customer support and knowledge base documentation.
