Undergoing an exciting period of growth, our client is a leading outsourcing organisation, which provide Customer Service & Sales Support to their clients customers
With a variety of opportunities available we are looking for either PART TIME or FULL TIME ambitious and hardworking customer focussed individuals who are looking for their next step in their career.
Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor your responsibilities will include:
, Manage various inbound & outbound calls from customers relating to products and services
, Establishing upsell / cross sell opportunities by using a variety of questioning techniques
, Provide awareness to customers of any additional products and services which would be relevant to their enquiry
, Work towards individual and team KPI's and targets
, Build rapport with customers including providing first class service at all times
, Using a broad range of questioning skills to understand and resolve customer(s) needs and expectations
, Ensuring that the information provided is clearly understood by the customer(s)
, Work as part of a team of customer consultants ensuring our overall grade of service and response times are fully achieved
, Prompt and accurate completion of all administration activities to ensure full customer satisfaction
, Keep up to date on new or enhanced products/services in order to provide a high quality service to customers
, Full compliance with all legislative requirements
, Contribute to team and process improvements.
Person Specification
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, our client requires individuals with the following experience and/or background:
, Background providing first class customer service skills whether this be within a call centre, retail, hospitality etc.
, Confidence dealing with people over the telephone and the use of open questions to identify selling opportunities
, Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
, Positive and professional manner to be portrayed at all times
, Excellent communication and influencing skills
, Evidence of achievement against challenging goals and targets
, Meeting targets and accuracy, quality, volume and to agreed service level agreements
Operational Hours:
Full time: Working 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 8am to 9pm
Part time: Monday to Thursday 5-9pm / Friday 4-8pm.

Please note, training is for a period of 4 weeks and this will be full time and fully paid!
