Purpose

Design, develop and implement relevant marketing activities that support FI initiatives and plans.

Role Accountabilities

- Design, develop, implement and measure all relevant activities that support the commercial aspirations of all FI facing channels.
- Ensure all activities undertaken adhere to the relevant policies and procedures of the business, is within our risk ‘appetite' and is approved according to the appropriate compliance procedures
- Working with other members of the team, collate analyse and interpret appropriate relevant campaign management information
- Work with other key marketing stakeholders to ensure we optimise customer journeys and deliver ROI
- Support, where relevant the group change programme, and projects that are being deployed by the marketing department.
- Design and development of relevant marketing materials, initiatives and campaigns to support the achievement of appropriate business targets and strategic network partnerships
- Working with other marketing team members to ensure high quality materials and support are provided to FI's
- Ensure all materials are compliant and meet the needs of key stakeholders
- Ensure all materials produced provide measured results (in so far as is possible in this channel) so that we may seek to attain ROI
- Work closely with other members of the marketing team to deliver relevant projects and capability to support wider commercial initiatives

Skills and Knowledge

- Some understanding of the financial services landscape and the markets in which the Group operates -
- Good marketing skills including campaign management and evaluation
- Creativity and ability to think about how best to solve problems
- Confidence and credibility to work with members of the marketing and wider distribution team
- Good verbal and written English
- Good numeracy skills

Experience

- Financial services marketing experience preferable, but ideally at least some B2B/ intermediated marketing experience
