Customer Service Adviser (Complaints)

We currently have a brilliant opportunity for a Customer Service Adviser to join an established training provider.

Do you enjoy delivering excellent customer service? Do you naturally go above and beyond to help resolve customer enquires? If so, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities;

,Provide first class customer service
,Deal with customer complaints confidently
,To escalate customer cases where necessary
,Maintaining customer records accurately
,Strong organisational and diary skills to monitor the progress of cases
,Identify actions to address the cause of complaints
,Demonstrate great team work and a flexible approach

A suitable candidate will have previous Customer Service experience, confident with resolving customer complaints, fast thinking and able to come up with solutions quickly.
