Join this small successful construction business on an ongoing 12 month basis starting ASAP.



Supporting a team of consultants you will be responsible for



  • Managing communication via phone and email

  • Complex filing

  • Minute taking in meetings

  • Database management

  • Creating legal letters

  • Research

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders



To be successful in this position you will possess



  • Previous administration experience, in a project environment would be advantageous

  • Professional presentation and communication

  • Strong attention to detail to assist with a high volume of editing and proof reading

  • Ability to liaise with staff at all levels

  • Deadline driven

  • Strong organisational experience with the ability to multi task
