The Role:
As a National Sales Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to identify new business opportunities, selling OE/ OES Automotive.

You will predominately be a hybrid of new business and account management, within a wide range of industries.

You will be performing against set targets to make the most of the rewarding uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The National Sales Manager must have experience in selling OE/ OES Automotive Parts.

You will need to be a hunter for seeking new business and have a proven track record when managing existing accounts.

The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets.

You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to exceed all set KPI's.



The Package:
The offered package for a Business Development Manager is a basic salary of £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience with an uncapped OTE of £65,000 in your first year.
