3rd Line Support Engineer PBX - Central London

FPSG's exclusive client is a leading unified communications provider, due natural growth they require a 3rd Line Support Engineer with extensive experience in PBX to join their fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial organisation.
Based in a Central London office, they are one of the fastest growing communications companies in the UK, meaning to exposure to working with other systems such as Avaya, Mitel and Gamma as well as Mitel MiVoice Office.

Main Role Responsibilities
· Working on installation and maintenance of Mitel MiVoice Office telephony systems.
· Completing remote service requests and fault diagnostics.
· Drive customer satisfaction, reviewing areas of improvements and working with team to ensure processes and procedures are effective and up to date.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by reviewing areas of improvements.

To be a successful candidate you will have
· Minimum 3 years' experience with Mitel MiVB and Mitel MiVO 250.
· MiContact Centre experience.
· Solid knowledge of SIP.

· Ability to work to a deadline,
· Experience in a Client facing role.
