Interim Reward Manager - £750 - £850 Day Rate - London

Williams Kent is currently working with a key client to recruit for a Senior Compensation Manager, initially on an interim basis.

The role will report directly into the Global Reward Director and will be responsible for all areas of compensation.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking reward team, with large amounts of autonomy and accountability in the role.

Key Responsibilities:
, Project manage the delivery of the annual pay review process, including all communications, analysis and governance.
, Prepare papers and proposals for RemCo, working closely with the Global Reward Director and external advisors.
, Manage both short term and long term incentive plans, including executive and global populations.
, Provide guidance and line management to a small team, focusing on their development, playing a leading role for the compensation team within the organisation.

Personal Requirements:
, Excellent communication skill, with confidence to liaise and influence senior stakeholders.
, Extensive background working with both cash compensation and equity
, Strong analytical skillset, with ability to use data to support business cases.
, Experience working with UK RemCo is essential.
