This luxury traditional hotel located in the heart ofDerbyshire is looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Sous Chef.

The right candidate will be a skilful team player with a positive approach, with the experience to be able to deputise and take control in the Head Chef's absence.

This hotel restaurant has high standards and it is essential that applicants have experience in both fresh foodand volume cooking.

This role requires strong leadership skills and you will be expected to deliver consistently high standards.

The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who is experienced in all areas of the kitchen and is a true all rounder.

This role requires a Sous Chef who is hardworking and knowledgeable, with the ability to help lead the team.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, enthusiastic, reliable and a strong team player.

Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Applicants may have worked at Sous Chef level before, or alternatively, you could be a strong CDP or Junior Sous looking for the next step up.

Applicants must be well presented and have strong leadership skills.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
