We are working with an award winning company in E10 who, as a supplier to the catering industry, strive to satisfy the needs of the restauranteur, chef, hotel and any sort of catering business.

They pride themselves in helping businesses with their wide experience and knowledge of the catering industry and their extensive networking with supplies of all produce world-wide.
This company has an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to work in the HR Department at their London Head Office.



The Role

As an HR Administrator, your duties will include:

Posting job vacancies, coordinating recruitment processes, and attending interviews.
Inducting new staff about the company's policies, setting up staff record in systems and preparing employment contracts and new joiner documentation.
Supporting hiring managers on performance reviews, attendance management and grievance and disciplining procedures etc.

within the guidelines.
Reviewing holiday request, sick leave certificate etc.

to ensure all relevant procedures are followed and update relevant record in systems.
Ensuring accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files.
Liaising with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll.
Answering employees' enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues.
Understanding the business of the Company to play a proactive and pre-emptive HR role.
Ensuring the HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems that indirectly or directly affects your decisions and your role.
Ensuring compliance with the employers' responsibilities required by the UK Border Agency (UKBA).
Liaising with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety is satisfied all the time.

The HR Administrator is required to work Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday.

In return, the HR Administrator will receive a salary of circa £18,000 annum depending on experience, 28 days paid annual leave (including Bank Holidays), enrolment into a pension scheme.
