The Role





  • Senior Client Executives to get real business exposure and responsibility from day one.


  • Working with and managing a portfolio of clients and their brands, you will be accountable for full client campaign delivery from brief to implementation and evaluation.


  • You'll have support from our team of Client Managers and Client Directors, who'll be on hand to guide you through the ins and outs of your role.


Key day to day responsibilities include:


1.

Client management:




  • You will be jointly responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients.


  • You will need to establish a good understanding of your clients' businesses, both to identify and close opportunities and to mitigate risks.


  • You will seek out all new business opportunities (within and outside your clients) to help us deliver our ambitious growth targets.


  • You will be responsible for building strong relationships with brands, understanding their needs as a business and identifying ways that we can help them meet these goals.


2.

Stakeholder management:




  • You will liaise between my client and their new retailer partner to ensure campaigns are right for both the client brand and their shoppers.


  • You will support the senior team in governance meetings as required, as well as managing critical relationships across the buying and trading community at the retailer.


3.

Campaign creation:




  • You will be responsible for participation in brainstorms to help create campaigns that will deliver results for our clients.


  • You will develop high quality, written marketing proposals that clearly outline the campaign strategy and that tell a coherent story to our clients.


4.

Campaign implementation and evaluation:




  • Once our clients have agreed the activity, you will deliver the campaign for them against agreed budgets and timelines, working with (and managing where appropriate) key contacts both internally and externally.


  • This includes the development of final artwork, liaising with third party suppliers and getting proof of execution reports completed.


  • You will also assist in the evaluation of media performance and presenting results back to brands.


5.

Business creation:




  • You will support the development of my clients partnership, from networking across the retailer's teams to helping to create the necessary structures & process to ensure the smooth running of the business.
