Senior Employee Relations Manager

Our client, a global professional services business, is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager with proven ability, to join their already dynamic team.

Based in London
Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities;
, To provide expertise in all employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary matters
, Managing large scale reorganisations, individual casework of complex and high profile nature and case de-briefing
, Review and report on ER Landscape on an annual basis drawing conclusions and making recommendations
, Assess the impact of restructures, TUPE transfers and similar projects on employment relations

, Professional or financial services experience is a necessity

, Demonstrable experience of understanding and applying employment law
