Chef de Partie x2

This small 1AA luxury Hotel and Restaurant in Suffolk has a100 seater restaurant with an events room able to cater for parties of up to 300 alongside 2 smaller rooms which are used for conferencing and private dining.



Role:
A Chef de Partie is required to assist the brigade in the production and delivery of food at the highest of levels

Whilst working on all sections you will be able to work under pressure whilst assisting the senior chefs.

Job Criteria:
You will need to be an experienced Chef de Partie having worked in a fresh food high volume property.



Experience in a rosette kitchen would be an advantage.You will bequalified to NVQ Level 2 as a minimum.

Shifts worked are split shifts

No live in is available with this position therefore transport would be an advantage
