An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis

This is the ideal role for a Receptionist looking to develop their career with an award-winning company.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for customer care, enquiry duties and to undertake basic clerical administration.

Your duties will include:

- Receiving visitors at the main reception

- Answering and directing incoming phone calls

- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail

- Maintaining general office supplies

- Arranging accommodation and travel requirements

- General administration duties

To be considered for the role of a Receptionist, you must have:

- Experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience of Microsoft Office applications

Additionally, you must possess high levels of accuracy with good numeracy and organisational skills.

Although not essential, your own transport is advised.
