Sales Administrator

A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator has arisen to work for a well-established and progressive specialist distributor covering a maternity contract.

As the Sales Administrator, you will be working for a fast paced and dynamic organisation joining an existing team.

This will give you the opportunity to coordinate and support major business accounts with their order requirements, developing strong customer relationships.

Job Description:

  • As the Sales Administrator, you will be processing sales orders accurately and with 100% fulfilment where possible

  • Input and manage monthly forecasting, liaising with merchandising on a regular basis

  • As the Sales Administrator, you will deal with customer queries - shortages/overages, price queries etc

  • Collating quotes, specs, images and line forms together for the reps and customers

  • As the Sales Administrator, you will provide assistance, support to the sales rep and attend meetings with the reps to discuss customer order updates and possible future orders

  • Ensuring back orders are completed on a weekly basis and orders are updated accordingly

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a sales administrator or within a similar role is essential

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Must be able to cope with a demanding workload, therefore exceptional organisational skills are essential

  • Bright and bubbly nature

  • Exceptional communicator

  • Team player
