Learning & Development Lead- Domiciliary Care

A high-end homecare organisation based in Southampton are looking for a Learning & Development Lead to join their exciting team.

This role will suit a passionate and experienced individual who is looking to make the step-up from a Senior Support Worker role.

The main duties include but are not limited to:
To plan, prepare and train all new inductees using in house module training & mandatory training and monitor their progress to satisfactory completion.

To work closely and liaise with the Recruitment Co-ordinator to plan and deliver induction training over a period of four days.

To refresh learning and advocate appropriate ongoing training, as and when required.

To attend office meetings as required.

Minimum requirements:

  • Comprehensive experience in a domiciliary environment

  • Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent ?

  • Sound knowledge of the new CARE CERTIFICATE standards

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

  • Full, clean UK Driver's licence
