Home Manager

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Home Manager to join a provider that offers support to Older People in a residential setting.

Offering a salary of up to £40,000+



As the Home Manager, you will be the focal point of the home establishing positive and friendly relationships with all the residents, their families and friends.

You will naturally lead the service through CQC inspections, be responsible for all aspects of staff management, training your staff where needed ensuring that the health and wellbeing of the residents is met at all times within the legislative framework and the company's ethos.



To be successful in this role you will need a good balance of passion, empathy and natural ability to lead as you will be responsible for meeting the needs of the customers whilst also managing available resources.



As the Home Manager, you must have:



  • NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management

    *or equivalent

    *

  • Experience managing a 40+ bedded home

  • Experience with turning around a service

    *desirable

    *

  • Excellent CQC knowledge

  • Strong staff supervision, managerial and communication skills

  • Friendly, enthusiastic and personable nature
