Package: £40-50k base, £80k ote 1st year and £100k+ 2nd.
Basic Salary + ote + future share options
In the role as an enterprise BDM you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting and cold calling through to presenting the solution to prospects as well as building and developing a proposal for your client based on their requirements.
You will be expected to be pro-active in nature and keep up to date with industry news and spot trends you can capitalise on with potential prospects.
You will be bright, engaging with a thirst and hunger to learn and develop.
You will also be someone who wants to be part of a company for the next 5 years as they grow and expand the business.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of new business wins with large corporate companies (in excess of 1,000 employees).
You will have a passion / interest in marketing and branding and any exposure to related technology sales such as customer loyalty, employee rewards, MarTech or social media technology being highly advantageous.
On offer will be a competitive basic salary of between £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience along with a commission plan where you can expect to earn circa £80,000 in the first year and far more in the second year in excess of £100,000 and beyond, as well as potential share options package that is rarely given to people outside of the senior management team, however this company believes that everyone needs to be incentivised in order to be part of the business for the long term.
