Reward Manager - South West - £75,000 - £85,000

A key client of Williams Kent is looking for a Reward Manager to join their expanding team based in the South West.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a growing international organisation.


Key Responsibility:
, Act as the reward lead for the EMEA region, working closely with US colleagues and local HR professionals.
, Delivering and implementing the EMEA reward strategy in line with Global frameworks.
, Playing a key role in the delivery of annual reward processes such as annual pay and bonus review.
, Liaise with various benefits providers, ensuring the benefits portfolio is competitive and enables the attraction of best possible talent.
, Work closely with Senior HR leaders to help drive EMEA strategy and enable future growth of the business.

Key Requirements:
, Previous experience working in an EMEA/International Reward Manager position.
, Strong technical ability combined with excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
, Experience working within matrix organisations, across multiple geographies.
, Extensive background providing reward solutions within a highly commercial environment.
