Salary: £22,000 plus Uncapped Commission, £25,000-£30,000 OTE

This is a great opportunity to work for a leading innovator, manufacturer and supplier of professional surveillance solutions.


As a Business Development Manager you will take a key role in generating new business and maximising revenue for the company, working alongside an established dynamic and passionate team.

The Role

You will proactively help develop the company's trade channel, with the sales focus being predominately selling into security installers.

This entails building long term, meaningful relationships, whilst delivering long term strategic goals in line with the business need.

With a combination of warm and cold calling, the role includes the challenging task of building on existing brand exposure whilst maximising sales opportunities.



Requirements

You will be driven, competitive with B2B sales experience.

You will be target driven, and can work within a team but equally self-motivated.
The client would value a background in CCTV, technical related or IT sales but this is not essential for the role as product training is given.
