Email Marketing Account Manager - London

Job Summary

An established digital marketing leader working exclusively with some of the world’s most respected brands is currently recruiting for a talented Email Marketing Account Manager to be based on site at one of their key clients prestigious HQ in Zone 1, Central London.

This opportunity offers a rare opportunity for the right person to help shape and deliver growth to arguably one of the most respected retailer’s on a global scale.

The in-house developed software tools are now being rolled out across the clients business which enable access to data in real time in order to enrich campaigns and ultimately increase the Customer Lifetime value Analysis.

The tools are world-class and the scale is eye watering.My clients thinking keeps them and their clients well ahead of any competition.

The role is fast paced, tough but very rewarding.

Your work will be seen by millions weekly and directly contribute to revenue in the billions.

There is plenty of scope to excel and you will be supported client side by other Account Managers + a team of 30+ dedicated remote studio/tech/production teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Specifically the successful candidate will be required to:

·Support the client + the wider team to enable the successful delivery and project management of email campaigns on behalf of their clients.

End to end management of campaign includes; pre-sales requirement gathering, expectation setting and recommendations, commercial input, briefing in requirements to remote teams, manage accurate and timely delivery of campaign, post campaign feedback and query resolution

·Attend client meetings to provide pre-sales, delivery and post-deployment support face to face

·Report on client campaign metrics and feedback results to clients along with key findings/recommendations

·Effectively manage data analyst relationships to ensure process is smooth, compliant and service levels are met

·Monitor performance of campaigns across key sectors and provide reports to identify trends and actions to drive campaign performance

·Focus on improving client experience

·Become a centre of excellence in the business for email campaigns and provide advice, training and support to clients

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications

Essential:

·Degree educated or similar level of qualifications

·2 years+ experience working within a corporate environment

·2 years+ email marketing experience

·Knowledge and experience of the latest tools e.g.

real time content

·Experience of eCRM programmes and input into their creation/management

·Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal

·Proactive, organised, confident, driven, creative and tenacious

·Commercial awareness and acumen

·An ability to work cohesively as part of a successful team

·Fully competent on Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
