Account Director

We are seeking a talented Account Director to join our award-winning Cotswolds based client.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience of leading a large client account and 5 years' of working within direct marketing or an integrated agency environment alongside a natural passion for creative and working with data.

Working across a couple of clients' accounts, the key purpose of the role will be to oversee the development and delivery of eDM, DM and digital projects.

Supported by and in close collaboration with the Client Partner and Senior Account Director you will be responsible for the profitability, growth and direction of the accounts.

It will be your job to drive results, deliver brilliant creative and excellent quality of work produced by the account team which will meet and exceed your client's expectation, adding value to their business.

This will require someone with appropriate account management experience, the ability to act as a key contact and advisor to the client as well as the agency team in order to deliver an end product that meets the client's as well as the agency's expectations and objectives.

We'll be looking for someone with excellent communication skills across all levels, the ability to pro-actively take a leading role, whether it be taking a client meeting, leading a project or business opportunity.

You'll need to be highly numerate to handle forecasting, budgeting and costings and have an in depth understanding of data driven CRM and loyalty with a good understanding of how to optimize all marketing channels and using all kinds of data.

This is a permanent and full-time role on offer for a salary of up to £35K pa, plus a car allowance of £4,410 as well as a range of attractive company benefits and the chance to join a well-established, exciting and successful organization!
