The team use a wide variety of regional producers for their ingredients.

You will literally be welcoming the local farmer at the back door who will happily swap you a brace of Grouse, feathers and all, for a couple of pints of locally brewed ale.

This is a dream come true if you're obsessive about your GP's!

There will be lots of input required from you into the culinary direction and menu ideas, which you will run past this 2 star trained Head Chef.

If you have ideas and want a blank canvas to test them, this is genuinely a great opportunity.

Fair shift patterns including REGULAR WEEKENDS OFF, well equipped kitchen and a friendly team.
