Our client is a leading Luxury Retail Company with retail outlets around the world.

Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Italian Payroll Administrator to work in their Brand new Finance Shared Service Centre.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to combine their language skills and Finance skills. 
The successful candidate will be working as an Italian Speaking Payroll Administrator within my client’s new Shared Service office.
The suitable candidate will work within the Italian Payroll team focusing on ensuring my client’s employee’s payroll is administered accurately and on time for this region. 
Job Description
The role offers the opportunity to work in a Purchase to pay role within an Established Luxury Company.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Administer the current payrolls and deals direct with given in country payroll providers
- Checking, processing payroll and sending payroll files to and from vendor/in house payroll provider on payroll data
- Ensure employees are paid on time and accurately and resolution of employee issues
- Day to day administration of Payroll services
- Meeting given KPI’s and SLA’s  
- Acting as a point of contact for any payroll administrative duties and a support to the Advisors within the team
- End to End responsibility for payroll administration, including starters, leavers, employee changes, leave of absence, employee visa status and other ad hoc requests via SAP
- Using knowledge of payroll to resolve questions, problems and issues
- Ad hoc payroll activities

Job Requirements & Qualifications
On the job training will be provided, but the successful candidate is likely to the following attributes:

- Fluent in Italian and English – Written and Spoken both to Fluent Business Level
- Degree educated
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge
- Exposure to 3rd party vendors, various payroll systems and complexities of Italian payroll processes
- Payroll certification or experience
- IPP or other Payroll qualifications desirable
- Strong Analytical skills
