Global Installations Team Leader


Our client provides efficiency solutions for factories and packaging facilities.

This encompasses the design, manufacture and support of over 450 of their solutions which have been installed globally across a diverse range of market sectors including Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Fresh Produce, and Chemical.

The successful candidate can look forward to travelling to some great places from vineyards, fruit and vegetable packers and food preparation sites in places like Australia, South Africa and Canada, and meet and work with some extraordinary people from every walk of life.
Most Installation trips are a week or 2 weeks only, but expect to spend around 75% of your time abroad or at sites across the UK.

Our equipment needs a demonstrable mix of skills, from electrical to mechanical engineering a logical mind and strong work ethic.

Working alone or leading a team of other installers, this position is critical to our success and as a representative of the company, the candidate needs to be neat, articulate and able to teach others how to use our equipment and software.

, Physically fit
, Knowledge and experience of electrical, mechanical and (simple) software installation.
, Experience in on-site fault finding and troubleshooting.
, Knowledge and experience working with PLC systems would be an advantage.
, The ability to travel, with no restrictions, at short notice.
, Drivers Licence & valid passport.


, Taking ownership for the installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment, conveyor systems, weight scales, electrical cabinets, industrial printers and support equipment.
, Working alone, or leading a team of installation engineers to complete a task within pre-set timeframes and costs.
, Provision of training to customers on the use, maintenance and optimisation of the equipment.
, Required to carry out preventative maintenance and annual service visits where needed.
, Acting as the Company's representative on-site, and supporting the customer, providing exceptional service to ensure their investment in our technology yields them highest benefit possible.
, Maintaining regular interaction with our project team in the UK, regarding progress, issues and time schedules.
