Key Skills and Responsibilities

This specialised consultancy organisation are currently on the hunt for a Project Manager to work on a HR/Finance Payroll implementation project within a market leading global company.

This exciting period of transformation within this client means there will be a requirement on a long term basis with further plans to expand their UK base. The ideal candidate will have the structured approach to project management and strong stakeholder management expertise.

- Previous experience working in a secure environment
- Finance and/or HR systems implementation experience is key
- Combination of business and technical experience
- Previous experience working in a matrix resource structure
- An understanding of project management methodologies such as Prince2, Agile and MSP would be beneficial. 
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
