Part Time Administrator
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to work in this Part Time role.
Working Monday to Friday 10.00 a.m.
to 1.00 p.m.
you will be providing admin support with duties including:
Maintain a tidy Reception area.
Assist departments with site visits from customers.
Send out samples to customers.
Distribute internal post and prepare post for dispatch.
Monitor Reception emails.
Filing and archiving.
Support processing of invoices.
General admin duties.
You will need:
Previous experience in a busy office.
Able to work in fast paced environment and to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Data entry / Typing skills.
Computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
Based in Ferndown with pay rate £7.50 to £8.50 per hour, pro rata holidays of 25 days plus bank holidays, pension and free parking.
