Teaching Assistant - SEND

We have an opportunity for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a lovely young Autistic child in Reception class at a Primary School in Lambeth.

This excellent Primary School is located within lovely grounds in South West London.

With exceptional facilities and superb staff the school is a great environment to work in.

The curriculum is creative and engaging allowing all the pupils to receive an excellent education with supportive arrangements to meet their individual needs and learning styles.

This is a 1:1 role working with an Autistic child in Reception class.

The role involves learning support and emotional and social guidance.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse.

Experience supporting children with Autism is highly desirable as is experience with PECS and MAKATON programs.

This is a full time long term role starting immediately.

Interviews and trial days will be conducted as soon as possible, however the school are willing to extend the commencement date for the right person.
