Job Title: Field Sales Executive/New Business Development Manager
Industry: Oak Framing, Bespoke Oak, Wooden frames
Location: South East/South West/South
Package: Basic up to £32,000, commission at least another £13,000, company car

The Role:

As field sales executive or Business Development Manager (BDM) you will be required to develop new business on the phone and in person whilst also following up on marketing lead.

Furthermore, you will identify and developing new and existing accounts for selling in the oak framing industry.

The new Business Development Manager/FSE will also be expected to be able to communicate and articulate clearly.

This will mostly be an external/field sales role but also holds requirements for the new BDM to have a good telephone manner.

This would involve selling directly into private individuals along with architects and builders.

The Candidate:

The perfect candidate for the position of Field Sales Executive will have a proven sales record the oak and wood framing industry.

They will also have the ability to find and develop accounts and understand commercial aspects of managing client relationships.

Technical knowledge and experience in vending machinery sales is an advantage and previous industry experience is highly advantageous as the FSE must hit the ground running.

The successful candidate will of course have to possess excellent communication skills and be able to manage a set sales territory.

The package:

The successful candidate for the role of Business Developer will a very competitive package.

This includes a Basic Salary of up to £32,000, a negotiable commission structure significantly improving the earning potential of the successful candidate (Could be double OTE), along with other company benefits including a car.
