The continued success of this new website and apps has led to an opportunity being created for a motivated Support Technician to join the team.

My client is looking for a person that will thrive in their open and dynamic environment.

You'll be pro-active, motivated and a great team player.

As a successful Support Technician you will be responsible for:
, Dealing with and managing support queries over the phone, by email and remotely to resolution
, Where no resolution can be found, tracking any relevant issues and inform the customer
, Escalate issues through to 2nd and 3rd line
, Manual and UAT testing of applications and websites
, Generating bug reports,
, Producing documentation on fixes, bugs and resolutions
, Providing training to staff and customers
, Coordinating new releases and supporting for ‘go live'.
As a successful Support Technician you will need to be experienced with:
, Windows, Microsoft Office and Firefox
, An understanding of front end and back end development would be highly beneficial (they develop in c# and use HTML CSS and JavaScript, jQuery and Angular for the front end)
, Networking principles
, T-SQL (would be beneficial)
You must also have access to your own car due to the business not being accessible by public transport.

Based in Redditch, commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Tamworth, Nuneaton, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Sutton Coldfield and Worcester.

Salary up to £18,000 depending on experience
