Room Service Assistant - Permaent, Part Time - Nights

Main Duties:

The Room Service Assistant role involves a range of duties, including; having a thorough knowledge of all dishes and beverages available on the room service menus, taking food orders ensuring every opportunity it taken to upsell and maximise food revenues, the service of food dishes and beverages preparing the restaurant and service areas for service, the laying up and clearing of room service trays, and ensuring high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in your areas of work.

The Room Service Assistant has a key role to play in ensuring our customers have a memorable dining experience whilst ensuring the brand values and standards are delivered.

Previous experience

The successful applicant should have experience working in a customer service environment preferably within a hotel/hospitality related role and able to work flexible hours, on any night of the week.
