An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Area Manager to join us, a not-for-profit care provider based across Derbyshire and The Midlands.

In return we offer a competitive salary of £32,642 per annum working 39 hours per week.

As an Area Manager you will be responsible for the management of various services within the Derbyshire and Midlands area including sites in Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Coventry and Leicestershire.

You will ensure all the services within this area are effectively managed and achieve tangible outcomes and quality assurance goals which are in line with the organization's purpose, vision, strategic and business plans.


You will lead, motivate, develop and performance manage services and staff within the area and provide financial oversight and management for all budgets.

Duties will include providing consultation and support to staff in emergencies, managing budgets, attending directorate management meetings, maintain and produce reports and statistics and develop relationships with commissioners.


The successful candidate must have experience within an Area Managerial position, including knowledge and experience of the needs of people experiencing mental ill health.

Flexibility, adaptability and being able to prioritise and manage your time efficiently is essential.


You will be expected to have your own vehicle due to the nature of this role and the travel involved across the Derbyshire and Midlands areas.
