Location: South Cerney

Salary: £18,000


I am currently recruiting for a Stock Control Administrator for our client based in South Cerney.

There is an opportunity for this role to be full or part time hours.

Part-time hours:
Monday – Thursday 13:00-17:00
Friday 11:00-14:00

Full time hours:
Monday – Thursday 08:15-17:00 with 45 min lunch break
Friday 08:15-14:00

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The role will primarily be to assist in the dispatch and delivery of goods to and from the Cirencester office. 
  • Receipt of deliveries of stock, supplies and returns – checking goods vs paperwork.
  • Transfer of stock to stores - liaison with sales office and with suppliers.
  • Picking, packing and despatch of customer orders.
  • Checking of orders against delivery notes.
  • Liaison/organising deliveries & specials with carriers.
  • Ensure CIM crash kits available for engineers.
  • Assist in stock review.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience of stock movement. 
  • Numerate.
  • Reliable.
  • Trustworthy.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and to work alone and work within a team.
  • Flexible with ability multi-task & work to deadlines.
  • Previous experience in similar position (at least 3 years).
  • Understanding of business processes and systems.
  • Hold valid Full UK Driving licence.

Due to the location access to your own transport would be desirable.
