RMN - Registered Nurse - Mental Health Hospital - Darlington - Salary up to £28,927 per annum + enhancements for weekends/nights

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

I am currently looking for an honest and motivated RMN to join a mental health hospital in Darlington.

My Client is one of the UK's leading providers of independent specialist secure and step-down care across the UK.

With hospitals around the country, 30 years of experience in our sector and highly skilled and experienced teams, they help patients and commissioners find the right care pathways without the need for multiple reassessments.

This Private Hospital provides specialist inpatients care for people, of adult working age, with mental health needs who present with complex needs and behaviours that challenge, in a safe and supportive environment.

The hospital has 73 beds across give wards delivering individual treatment programmes for:

  • High dependency rehabilitation for both males and females with challenging and complex needs

  • Two specialist DBT treatment units for female personality disorder

  • Mixed 24/7 acute admission, assessment and treatment unit which also provides an inpatient detox service

To be successful as a RMN - Registered Nurse you'll need:

  • RMN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered

  • Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential

  • Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people

  • Excellent organisation & leadership skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Flexible, professional and committed to being the best

  • Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
