Account Executive

Major Exhibition company and Publisher seeks an Account Executive to help build sales and assist with a number of key events – selling exhibition space, advertising and sponsorship.

These are a top-level trade shows with major UK and international corporates and midsized companies attending. 

This is a solid well-established firm growing very fast with a very modern outlook.

Key duties for this role as Account Executive include:

- Helping the team to open up new opportunities with corporates and mid-sized companies worldwide selling space at the event, adverts and sponsorship.
- Work with a variety of teams over the whole stable of events
- Develop build and grow relationships with existing and new clients.
- Develop ideas to help the team build business

The successful candidate as Account Executive will have the following skills:

- Successful B2B sales background in media, events or publishing is highly desirable but a similar dynamic sales background would be of interest
- Confident and dynamic.
- Excellent New Business Development skills and demonstrable track record.
- Good internally and externally.

Team skills
- Highly disciplined and process driven.
- Clear understanding of the sales process
- Ability to engage at all levels with clients.
- Excellent communicator in English both written and verbal
- Ambitious, driven and dynamic
- Keen to earn good commissions and be promoted
- IT Literate and familiar with the use of CRM
- Location.
