HR Data Analyst - London - up to £50k - Telecoms

Do you have experience working in a technology, software or telecoms environment? Are you an experienced HR Data Analyst with exceptional soft skills and enjoy working in a standalone capacity?


  • To coordinate the production of business performance information throughout the business

  • Experience in producing MI and reporting on both a planned and ad hoc basis (interpreting complex data analysis)

  • A wider understanding of HR which will enable you to appreciate and empathise with the stake holders; to challenge and push back

  • Excellent computer skills, comfortable with the latest technology and ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders

  • Previous experience and success in a standalone role and working with senior members of staff

  • Creative thinker and ability to bring innovation to support continued improvement


  • To present complex HR data to senior staff - to be influential with key HR and data decisions

  • Regular meetings with management to discuss projects, data issues and make recommendations based upon knowledge and previous experience

  • Continually ensuring compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines

  • To present and explain data, making recommendations for improvements where necessary

(SAP experience is highly desirable)
