Portfolio/Office Coordinator - 22.5K - Mortlake

Portfolio / Office Coordinator required for busy office for the following:

* Organise maintenance and repairs

* Arrange quotes for works as necessary

* Visit properties to check the condition and progress of major works

* Approve contractor's invoices for payment and post on system for payment

* Ensure a valid landlords gas safety certificate is in place for all managed properties

* Organise regular property inspections as required

* Maintain accurate file notes

* Update and maintain management details on database

* Liaise with insurance companies on behalf of the landlord where instructed

* Process any change of sharer or tenant leaving early procedure

* Forward inventories, check in and check out reports to landlords and tenants

* Mediate between landlords and tenants as to deductions to the security deposit and to advise on fair deductions

* Administer return of deposits to tenants

* Prepare relet sheet and information for the lettings department

* Organise end of tenancy procedures and works where necessary

* Advise landlords of rent arrears as requested by Accounts Department

* Follow up tenants in arrears of rent as requested by Accounts Department

* Ensure all renewals admin is dealt with according to Tenancies

* Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Manager and team.


Salary £22,500 per annum + £6,000 OTE Commission

Hours of work Working Mon-Fri: 8:45am : 6.00pm.

The ideal candidate:

Must live locally or within a reasonable commute to South West London

Be well presented, with excellent customer care skills.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Computer literate

Good organisational skills.

Knowledge of Propco enterprise Software
