Business Development Executive

Our client is a leader in the entertainment and leisure industry with a diverse array of products and services.

They are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Cold call to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging company's network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Create synergies between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Submit regular progress reports.
  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.


  • Excellent command of English.

    (Good command of Maltese is considered a plus);
  • Tertiary level education, ideally related to Sales and Marketing;
  • At least 2 years working in sales.
